Not long left to go before the big day. 📣💛💙💛📣📣💛💙💛
£1 for adults and 50p for children on the gate.
We are coming together to honour and remember Shai, while supporting Coventry and Warwickshire mind, and other mental health charities and su***de prevention within the city of Coventry.
We have over 30 stalls confirmed. Ranging from household item, wax melts, children’s toys, second hand stalls, personalised gifts and much much more. I could not thank you all enough for getting on board. 😍🥰
Food wise- we have on board a few different vendors for example, a fresh bbq, noodle bar, brockhurst sausage stall and cold food to be sold from the club. Oh and don’t forget the doughnuts and cream 😍😍🥰🥰
We have 3 raffles for the day. 1- the most anticipated of all. our England shirt signed by the man himself Gareth Southgate, professionally framed. These tickets have been very popular. £10 a ticket England 🏴
We have a £2 raffle with over 80 prizes to give away 🙈 also we have a raffle designed solely for the children. These tickets will be sold at 20p a ticket, we have over 90 prizes alone for this one ☝️ with the top prize being a toddlers bike/scooter you can choose. This is all thanks to Ben woods, at the window doctors. Thanks to them they have made this possible by sponsoring us for it, in shais memory. 💛💙💛
We have 2 tombolas- 2 per 5 tickets for gift items and more. One top prize being a glamping holiday. (The enough if prizes well it blows me away) - and the second will be £2 for 5 tickets to win a small food hamper. Plenty of prizes to be won. Thanks to Pauline Whiteley for pulling off one of the biggest tombolas I’ve seen 🥰

Jacob Hicks, Andre Lami, Brandon Cooke, Kane Forder, Theo, and Michael Moore will also be honouring those sponsorship challenges 🤣🤣 which I’m sure will be one of the major highlights of the day. 😂

To start the game off, there will be a performance by, Diamond dance group. They have kindly agreed to come and put on a show for us. Which we are all very excited for. Thanks girls and boys you are stars 🌟
There will be a Live rugby game on the day starting at 1:30pm. This has been arranged and managed by the boys of Pinley RFC Coventry’s 1st and 2nd team, with the help and advice from the elders at the club. We really couldn’t be more proud with the way they have all come together as 1 unit. 🏉 💪
During the half time of the game there will be the chance to enter 1 of our 2 races. We will have an egg and spoon race for the children and then we will be holding a mum and dad race for the adults. We will also have a performance, by our very talented Jade Barradell, who is a very talented singer. Jade has been on board from day one, I’m very excited for this feature of our day 🌟❤️
We have in attendance at least one surprise celebrating guest. Which I’m hoping to announce the few days before the event. Aswell as the fire, police, and other amazing charities including dub hub, it takes balls to talk, a fostering agency, cuddle a ferret, veterans contact point Uk. And remembering and bringing awareness to ones such as, dynamo project
And the violet project. Which are all important within our mission of the day. Su***de prevention is paramount. 💛💙💛📣📣
We really have so much going on for the day so hope to see you all then. It is important to get across that yes we will be trying to for fill our commitments, trying to raise money for our “thinking bench” with su***de prevention in mind. But our aim is to really focus on creating a fun, happy, family atmosphere. In the hope we reach just one person. That is the end goal. ☝️💪🤞
