What sparks me is the UK government pedalling a narrative about breakfasts in our schools. Highly processed foods. Who? Or what people are advocating what food is on offer.

We've not been able to hold back the weight of business costs so we are unfortunately having to increase our prices from next week (1st May 2023), it's the first time we have increased our prices for over 10 years. If you have already booked a sports massage treatment with us you will still have it at old price. We also offer package deals which work out at a great value per session so please ask us about packages on your next treatment. Thanks Richard
