Here are a few things that might help today:

✨ Take a quiet moment for yourself — breathe, stretch, or sit somewhere calm.
📞 Reach out to someone you trust — even a short message can help you feel connected.
🚶‍♂️ Go for a short walk — fresh air can shift your mood.
📺 Put on a comfort show or movie — something familiar and soothing.
📝 Write down how you’re feeling — getting it out can make it lighter.
