Bryony Gordon, founder of Mental Health Mates, is raising funds by going for a run in her underwear!! Link below to donate, however small. As I am the walk leader for Coventry, I know how valuable the charity is. There are walk leaders all over the country.

On December 7th, i'm going to try and run as many laps as I can round Goodwood, wearing only my underwear (and a santa hat to keep me warm). It will be cold....

Next week, our new drop-in in Coventry will have a phased opening. It will be open every evening from 6pm-11pm from 31st July. No appointment needed – just drop in for support and activities.
