Helping people reach their fitness aspirations has always been a huge driving factor since I started personal training back in 2012. I have helped many people over the last 3 years reach their goals, whether that has been in weight loss, weight maintenance, strength & conditioning, muscle/weight gain, or even just to feel healthier & happier within your own body. The immense satisfaction I take knowing I have helped make a difference to each person I have trained is one of the key reasons why I love my job so much. Our diet and training is as individual as we are ourselves and it is ever changing as we do. There is no one size works of all and it is important to remember that! Had a great sit down and meeting with Bex this week and big things and goals are set for the summer time and beyond! It's always great to train people & get great results! Lorna has been working with me twice a week for 3 weeks since giving birth 3 months ago and is already half a stone lighter! We train where ever there is space, in the park, and even indoors at home if it's raining. Awesome stuff Lorna, keep it up!

A little photo of Matt from a couple of weeks ago when he competed in his first ever fitness model competition. "It was by far the hardest and most challenging thing I have ever done preparing for it but it was all worth it! Cant wait to compete again hopefully at the end of next year! "
