My interest in sports therapy came about following a road accident back in 1996 whereby I struggled to get back on my feet for some years. A friend introduced me to a Sports Therapist who completed 4 treatments which left me with a ‘wow’ moment and I didn’t look back!

With age and further incidents happening in life, I have taken regular treatments and become an advocate for this treatment.

After years of working in a stressful environment, I decided when being put at risk of redundancy the time was right for me to take my redundancy package and do the studies I had wanted to do for so many years!
