How many of us compare ourselves to others, especially with what we're constantly seeing on social media?
I know there are times, especially when I'm feeling down or feeling low, that I've looked on social media and though:
I wish I could be like ...........
I wish I could look like ...........
I wish I could have ............
I wish I could go to ..............
I wish I could afford ..........
Blah, blah, blah!!!!!
However, and this is a 'time' thing believe me, I've begun to realise that doing this doesn't serve me any purpose. It's detrimental to my health and well-being, it becomes an addiction and it takes up a lot of my time!!
So, if you're like me and are or have been doing this, I challenge you, for the week ahead, to STOP. Stop looking on social media and stop comparing yourself to others.
I challenge you to stop wasting time looking at others, at their lives and what they've got. Most of it is rubbish and not true anyway, especially with the amount of filters used these days to portray perfection. Why not use this time to invest in yourself instead.

💗Start loving yourself more
💗Start celebrating your own uniqueness
💗Start realising you are loved
💗Start realising you are enough just the way you are
It can be hard believe me and it's definitely a work in progress. If you can't do this on your own then reach out for help like I did. It'll definitely be worth it in the end 💗
