Here’s something to think about…
If you’ve used medication or injections to help you lose weight, what happens when you stop?
Those old subconscious patterns - the emotional eating, the stress snacking, the self-sabotage - can quietly return.

Before the house wakes up. Before the noise begins.

I don’t even have to think about it - it’s just what I do.
Boil the kettle. Mug. Milk. Sip. Calm.

That’s subconscious programming.
The same part of your mind that runs your morning routine… also runs your eating habits, your stress responses, your “reach for the biscuit without thinking” moments.

The difference?
This pattern brings me joy and calm - so I choose to keep it.

That’s the power of working with your subconscious.
You get to decide which patterns stay… and which ones quietly lose their grip.
