‘I used to believe in myself but I have had a wobble and I’m struggling to find my confidence again’.

🩷The WTF Pathway- ‘I have hit a crossroads in my life (a certain age, maybe the kids have started school / left home, relationship break ups, job loss, illness, grief) and I don’t know WHAT THE F*CK to do next with my life’. ‘I don’t know who I am at this stage in my life. I feel lost. I feel ‘stuck.’

🩷The Reboot Pathway- ‘I am at stress, burnout, overwhelm. I’m spinning all the plates and feel FRAZZLED’. ‘Anxiety is at a ten.’

Exist loudly!

Be vulnerable, bold, brave and unapologetically you.

What do you have to lose?

The worry that others will judge or reject you?

They will whether you are the REAL you or the MASKED and hidden you.
that's uncomfortable I know, but it's true.

So, if they (whoever you feel 'they' are) will judge you either way, how about just leaning fully into your 'weird'?

🪩Gush and bleat about the things that you love
🪩Get mad about sh*t that deserves you to get mad at it
🪩Take risks and give things a go
🪩Wear the f*cking shorts, bobble hat or gold catsuit!
🪩Take up space
🪩Laugh lots and make joy a priority!

You are fabulous and shrinking that down serves no one, least of all you.

The world is desperate for difference right now, starved of individuality and raw, real, human honesty and today you can decide to be exactly that.

What will you gain?

Erm.. firstly it's easier!

Then secondly when you are the most you, you attract people and opportunities you like and repel those you don't!

What is one step you can take today to proudly step into your 'weird' and exist at an 11?

When my husband died, me and the girls had to figure Christmas out as a three.

A new house, new traditions and doing things just us.

It was that mix of wanting to keep what was, with embracing it would never be the same and finding our new.

Christmas is a sparkly reminder that your people may not be here and for some of you this is a first Xmas without someone you love.

Firstly let me intro two amazing women:
the widow coach. A client and friend who is the world’s first Widow Coach and she is truly the only person you’d want.

the person that invented the phrase ‘sadmin’ to describe the admin you need to do around grief and this lives rent free in my head as a juicy wordplay. Emma is wonderful.

Both have walked Their own path of grief and turned their pain into the power to help others.🫶🏼

I’d also love to offer you a Xmas Grief guide for free. Grief is not my specialism but I can offer advice and a safe space to land in my membership

To get your guide just write XMASGRIEF and to check and join The Membership write HAPPYME below 👇

Sending love to all of you that this time of year feels hard. 💙

People say some stupid s**t sometimes.

Whether it’s Christmas, Halloween or the March spring and when we find ourselves around people at Christmas, we might need to navigate some difficult words.

I have put together some ideas on how to navigate these words. Scroll across to find what you could say instead of losing your temper or storming out.

Sometimes though we just have to laugh at the chaos that is bringing together different personalities at Christmas.

If you wanna make an extra fun pop the words XMASBINGO in the comments and I will send you my phone Christmas bingo game that you can play to entertain yourself when PeoplePeople’s ‘bad behaviour’ irritates you.

What’s the most irritating thing people say at Christmas? Pop that in the comments as well I want your funny ridiculous scenarios.

I’ve always been a person that stood up for others.I’ve never understood racism, homophobia or bigotry in any form.

I know what it feels to be singled out, to feel different & to struggle to find your place.

When I got my first TV role I assumed everybody would be as pleased as me, instead my friends & peers were awful & I ended up moving schools.

When I signed to Sony as a singer at 19, there was a hate website set up about me This website had pictures of me that were stolen from the record labels official site & they had used ‘paint’ to draw spots & tiny b***s on me.

Please bear in mind this was a time when we didn’t have social media & it was actually pretty hard to set up a website – a lot of effort went into this.

There was a guest book:
✍️Name:
✍️How do you know Holly?
✍️Would you spit on her if she was on fire?

Of course I laughed this off with the bravado of youth & my manager said ‘all publicity is good publicity’, but it didn’t feel very nice.

The adult version of me is no different. If I see an injustice, I’m going to speak on it. I know that sometimes this is at the detriment to myself (I’ve gotta watch that) but I can go to sleep at night knowing that I will never be the one that turns a blind eye to hatred, unkindness & bullying.

I understand that hurt people hurt people and I very much believe in rehabilitation. I don’t think we live in a world of goodies & baddies.

However, what I will say is that when you have this type of personality , it really is exhausting. If you have a friend that is wired to stand up for injustice, (the one you tag in when s**t hits the fan) just know that every now & then they want people to have their back.

Sometimes, I want someone to say ‘sit this one out!’ ‘I got this!’ So I get a rest. But people don’t, they sit back & I’m forced to get loud.

The world is very binary right now & people have forgotten their empathy. It’s time for all of us to be the vocaly kind ones.

Who else struggles with injustice sensitivity?

I have naturally frizzy, curly hair and growing up in the early 90's meant that this was not the look I wanted.

Back then, poker straighter hair was the 'thing' to have and the only way for me to get that back then was my sister Beki, straightening it with a literal iron.

The first time I had my hair properly straightened I was doing a modelling shoot on Brighton pier for Adams and I couldn't believe it!!

This was pre-GHD and the straighteners were these big, black industrial strength industry straighteners that only hairdressers and make up artists had.

Then one day, a miracle occurred and an answer to mine (and my fluffy haired brothers and sisters) calls was answered.

An elite straightener stepped up.

They were sleek, sexy and most importantly they worked!!

This particular straightener brand wasn't like any I had used before. I mean, my hair felt sooooo sleek.

I was in! All in. Sure, they were expensive but they worked. I got results I hadn't ever got before! These weren't't just run of the mill 'straighteners', these were GHD'S.

And this is why I talk about being your weirdest self in the world of business, when you lean riiiight into those quirks and nuances you step right into a category all on your own.

No hustle and bustle, just:

'Oh, Holly, I would only work with her now!', 😊

'Be weird, Oh, that's what Holly talks about', 😎

'I know the perfect person to help you be the go to person in 2026, it's Holly and her new mastermind the WEIRD AF business mastermind!' 😉

And just like that you're a GHD and people are selling you for you.

Want to get in on this action, drop me a message to learn more about the WEIRD AF mastermind that Im running with my weirdo buddy Charlotte Wibberley.

In the Weird AF mastermind we will be helping you GET SEEN, GET PAID and do it in your own weird way.
