The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance - when day and night are equal - and a gentle invitation to reset.
After the slower rhythm of winter, this is a chance to pause, move your body mindfully, and reconnect with what you need for the season ahead.
On Sunday we’ll spend the morning together moving slowly, regulating the nervous system, and creating space for reflection.
Expect gentle Pilates-based movement, breathwork, restorative stretching, and deep relaxation in a calm, welcoming space.
A small pocket of time to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself.
