Yesterday's workshop reminded me why these spaces matter so much 💛

Not because of the exercises, the journalling, or the meditation...but because of the courage it takes to simply show up.

To walk into a room, step outside your comfort zone, and choose yourself.

Watching women soften, open up, connect, and realise they are safe to just be themselves is something I never take for granted.

This is why I do what I do.

To support such a wonderful community of women who show up for themselves and each other - supportive, uplifting, non-judgemental, kind, real and respectful.

There’s no pressure or comparison… just encouragement, strength and lots of laughter.

It’s so much more than exercise….It’s connection.

New month. New focus. Stronger spines 💙

Tonight we’re back in Llanblethian for our Thrive Tribe class, starting our February theme: Strong Spines - building neck & back strength, mobility and confidence.

These sessions are all about moving well, feeling strong and supporting each other. No pressure, No judgement, No fancy gym clothes - just a warm, friendly space to move and progress in your own time.

And we’re welcoming a lovely new member tonight too 🥰

Do you recognise yourself in the left picture? 🙋‍♀️

Most back, neck and shoulder tension I see comes from how we sit all day, not just “injury”.

Try this simple reset:

✨ Feet flat on the floor
✨ Sit on your sit bones (neutral pelvis)
✨ Gently draw ribs down
✨ Chest open but not elevated with relaxed shoulders
✨ sit tall through the crown of your head

It shouldn’t feel stiff, just supported.

Good posture isn’t about forcing “straight”.
It’s about using the right muscles so your body feels lighter and stronger.
