☀️ SLOW FLOW YOGA, Cowes, Tuesday’s at 10.15 and 18.15 🧘

Or perhaps you are looking for a safe, non-judgemental space to move your body with compassion and curiosity, not force. Or maybe you just need to set an hour aside for you, to slow down, breathe deep, and settle a busy mind.
Then why not try out Slow Flow?
Designed to be both meditative and dynamic, Slow Flow is inspired by my love of Vinyasa (flow yoga) and mindful movement. This means we take things at a gentler pace, often holding poses for a few breaths to fully embody them and reap the benefits. This practice encourages mindfulness and a sense of self-awareness and self-compassion, with modifications to regress and advance ensuring you are in the drivers seat. As I like to remind students: there is no failure in yoga, only the failure to listen to yourself 💛
