Why My Reiki Classes & Healing Retreats Might Be Right for You! ✨
Hello, I’m Emma from Isle of Wight Reiki.
Attending one of my classes begins with a simple but powerful intention ⚡️to create a safe, judgment free space where you can pause, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
There is no pressure, expectation, or need to fit in only permission to be exactly as you are. Unfortunately, this industry isn’t always as welcoming or inclusive as it should feel and I understand how challenging it can be to even take that step and show up.
That’s why this space exists. You don’t have to talk or engage if you don’t want to especially if you’re going through a difficult time. You can simply turn up take it all in, quietly rest, and just be.
I always run my classes in smaller groups so the experience feels intimate and personal. I’m here as a guide, offering presence, energy and gentle tools to support your process. You don’t need to be spiritual or have prior experience just be open to giving yourself time and space. Each class will flow with the moment and is shaped by what you need at that time so you can leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
