What's it all about?

I love this story about the Mexican fisherman. If you haven't heard it before, have a read. The lyrics, 'be a slave to money & then you die' come to mind.

I heard this song on the radio the other day and had to go google the lyrics. (I normally make up my own 🙈)

So yeah, between the Verve and The Mexican fisherman story appearing in my lap on 2 different occasions this week, I think the universe is trying to tell me something!!

The first time I went for a reflexology treatment, I was amazed! I hadn't been well at the time.. But afterwards I felt like a fog had lifted, I felt like a new person.

This is something I've been reading about recently and find it very interesting.
I find complementary therapies are a great way of supporting your body as it heals, be it physically or mentally.

Everything is researched based these days and require evidence... I think the fact many complementary therapies date back thousands of years speaks for itself.

I am looking forward to getting back to holistic therapies... You'll be the first to know when I'm given the green light.
