Our Mission Statement

Out of Sight is a Charitable Incorporated Company Reg No 1178097 running for over 10 years, registering as a Charity in 2013 it has gone from strength to strength. It is a parent-led group, that supports children who are visually impaired, many of whom have complex health needs/severe disability.

We offer free, short-break accessible holidays and events during school holiday periods. We have enjoyed events such as visits to Zoos and Farms, Beamish Museum, Pottery sessions, Pantomine, private parties sensory themed, private soft play etc.

We simply offer a service where none currently exists in our local community, meeting the needs of the families, seeking inclusion for all. So far, this need is growing and we are proud of the work we undertaken in the community.
