🌿✨️Saturday Yoga is Back!! ✨️🌿

Come join me for an hour of Vinyasa Flow either lakeside or in the big yurt .wales 10am on Saturdays:

1st, 15th, 29th June
6th, 13th July

I concentrate on both strengthening and stretching the body, showing you how to exercise alongside injuries and how to protect against back injury and pain.

This class is a flow, continuously moving between asanas whilst bringing in meditation and breathing techniques. This isn't a stuffy yoga class, we have a good time on the mat, don't be nervous to try. You wont find a more beautiful yoga setting!

The class costs £10 per person and must be booked in advance. I welcome all levels but if you have any questions please drop me a message. You don't have to commit to all the classes so come along and see.

Whether you already yoga with me or want to give it a try come next week for free ✨️

Tuesday - Yin Yoga 6.30pm
Thursday - Power Yoga - 10am

Come to one or both classes. Make sure you book your space! Tell your friends/family etc. Classes with me are non judgemental and we always have fun. Dont be scared to try, suitable for all yoga levels.

Classes are held at Yurtopia Wales. It is a beautiful setting. Mats and blankets are provided.
