If you are an NHS patient having a diagnostic scan at a Medical Imaging Partnership site or centre, you will need a referral from your GP or health professional.
Please contact our referral team on 01243 534 043 if your GP has given you a reference number to make a booking. Otherwise, we will be in touch when we have received your referral centrally.
Medical Imaging Partnership also works with a number of NHS providers, supporting them in delivering their diagnostic requests. They may have transferred your care to us, and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient date, time and location for us to conduct your investigation.
Healthcare professionals can be reassured that the reports provided by Medical Imaging Partnership are prepared by leading national specialist radiologists renowned within the industry for their high standards.
We aim to make referring a patient as efficient and straightforward as possible. Referrals can be made through our dedicated E-Referral portal or via a printed request form.

Medical Imaging Partnership has been created by UK Radiologists to offer fast access to high quality, expert-led radiology services to both Private and NHS Patients.
Our services are available across a range of locations around the UK and include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray and DXA scans. Our team are experts in their field, specialising in radiology and are here to help you every step of the way, making sure your scan is as comfortable and effective as possible. We are located in London, Manchester and Brighton.
We are accredited by all of the major private medical insurers and offer a competitive self-pay price.
Private Patients
We offer fast access scans and quick image turnaround times to both self pay and privately insured patients. Typically, we can see a private patient within 1-2 working days and will have images reported and back to your referring healthcare specialist or GP 1-2 days after the scan.
In order to book an appointment, we will need a referral from a health professional, this can be your GP, Consultant, Physiotherapist or Osteopath.
To book a scan with us please call 0203 519 8998 for a scan in London, 0161 738 1740 for a scan in South Manchester, and 01293 534 043 for all other locations.
NHS Patients
If you are an NHS patient and would like to be scanned with us you will need to be by your GP.
Please ask your GP to refer you to us, and we will then contact you once we have the referral.
