No one warns women that perimenopause can start years before menopause.

And it doesn’t always look dramatic.

It can look like:
• Brain fog
• Sudden anxiety
• Lighter or heavier cycles
• Sleep changes
• Energy instability

You can feel “off” long before you feel “menopausal.”

When we understand the shift, we stop blaming ourselves.

Midlife isn’t dysfunction.

It’s transition.

And transitions require support — not self-criticism.

On March 8th 2026, Serenova celebrates its first birthday — and honestly, I feel incredibly proud to be part of it.

Let’s clear something up.

If your energy feels lower than it used to…
If you wake up tired…
If 3pm hits like a brick wall…

It isn’t a motivation issue.

After 40, several physiological shifts happen:

• Oestrogen fluctuations affect sleep quality
• Cortisol regulation changes
• Muscle mass naturally declines
• Insulin sensitivity can shift
• Micronutrient demands increase

Which means your body requires different support.

Pushing harder doesn’t fix hormonal fatigue.
Understanding it does.

This is why I focus on structured daily nutritional support — not extremes, not restriction, not “try harder.”

Small, consistent inputs matter.
