Another fab Paediatric First Aid session today as part of our Step 1 course with the brilliant A & J Training! 👶🩹
Such an important part of the course, and as always, it was informative, practical and empowering.

Each week we focus on something new- from baby massage to yoga and more- and today’s session gave parents and carers the chance to learn vital skills in a relaxed, supportive setting.

A big thank you to our wonderful LullaFamilies- it’s always such a pleasure to spend time with you 💛

💛 Such a lovely Step 1 session yesterday 💛

We continued our massage journey, focusing on the chest, arms, and back — helping to support breathing, body awareness, muscle strength, and relaxation. It’s such a gentle and nurturing way to bond with your baby while also supporting their development 🧡

We also looked at some tummy time ideas to help build strength in the neck, shoulders, and core — all really important for milestones like rolling and crawling. The babies were amazing– so much effort, curiosity and a few adorable smiles along the way 🥰

✨ Next week, A & J Training will be joining us for a Paediatric First Aid session – a really valuable and reassuring part of the course for parents and carers.

Can’t wait to see you all again next week!

What a brilliant Paediatric First Aid session this week with A&J Training!
Our parents got hands-on learning vital, potentially life-saving skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

A special thank you to everyone who came and got stuck in — you were amazing!
And an extra big thank you to Aaron and Jo from A&J Training for their expert guidance.

This session is part of our Step 1 course and runs approximately every 6 weeks.
