Medication ordering
Please can we remind Patients when ordering medication to allow adequate time for processing.
The surgery can process monthly prescriptions up to 5 days days before due date.
It takes 48 hours plus , from ordering to the pharmacy having your prescription ready for collection.

Please allow the required time for monthly prescriptions.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the surgery phone lines at both Whitwell and Creswell sites. This is a known fault with the telephone company and they are working to fix this ASAP.
