We’d always rather see your feet early — when it’s simple, comfortable, and fixable — not after a bit of DIY drama.😅

👣Chilblains occur when small blood
vessels react abnormally to cold. In cold conditions, the tiny blood vessels in your toes narrow (constrict) to conserve heat and protect vital organs. This reduces blood flow to the skin.

👣When the toes are then rewarmed too quickly (coming indoors, hot shower, heater), those same vessels suddenly open (dilate). In people prone to chilblains, the vessel walls can’t handle that rapid change.

👣When feet warm up too quickly, the vessels leak into the surrounding tissue, causing inflammation.
