This year we have had the privilege of caring for so many more special individuals, and the opportunity to support many more families and friends….

We’ve had lots more good times, celebrated many more special occasions, lots of fun, numerous visits from entertainers, professionals, and adorable animals! 🐶

There’s been many more highs… and some lows…
But so many more special memories made ♥️

This year TC turned 7 and we once again celebrated all that we have built and achieved ✨

Our incredible TC staff team, special residents and whole community make us what we are today and as we reflect on 2025 we’d like to thank everyone for being a part of our journey.

Tonight Officers visited Telford Court Care Home with festive mince pies.

This is thanks to a kind member of our community and a kind member of our Cheshire Police control room.

Thank you to everyone who offered to buy mince pies, we were inundated with messages following our appeal. What a wonderful and connected community that we have in Crewe.

We chose this home as one of our locations to visit as they have been supporting a vulnerable member of our community through a recent loss. The team and residents have gone above and beyond to ensure that this resident doesn't feel alone this Christmas, and have even invited them to join them for lunch on the day.

Thank you SO much to everyone who gave donations this year for our local dog and cat rescue centres… 💕

We had an amazing collection again, all of the wonderful items were delivered and very gratefully received by many furry friends who await their forever homes 💔

To all who donated, your generosity and kindness means so very much to these organisations, the furry friends who they care for, and to us….. ✨

Special mention for our very own ‘Carrie’ as well who organised this appeal again, and who we know has the biggest heart & love ❤️ for animals herself ☺️

We’ve had a visit from fur, fangs 🦇and scaly things 🐍 today!
Lots of witches 🧙 ghouls and spooks around at TC today! 🎃👻
Topped off with a spooktacular buffet prepared in house by our very own amazing catering staff 🧁

🎼🎷 Throw back to the roaring 20’s! 🎷🎼

What an AMAZING 🤩 day we had recently for our annual garden party! 🙌🏼
We definitely know how to party at TC and this year we did so in true 20’s style!

We had a live band… 🎺🎷BBQ 🍗 Games 🎯and even some feathered friend visitors! 🦉
