Be aware of

Pressure

Stress creased in my face,
I don’t have the space
To win in this race,
My everything aches.

I must win,
Let that sink in.
Where should I begin?
Keep going, keep pushing…

I want to do you proud,
But my head is just so loud,
I want to leave this crowd,
I’m doing this for you!

I have to perform.
How is my form?
My mind is a storm,
I can’t escape.

I’m a clown,
Behind the smile lies a frown,
I deserve that crown!
I’m really trying.

The weight is on my shoulder,
Too late - it is a boulder,
My stomach is a stress holder,
Why am i like this?

The tightness in my chest,
Like a restrictive vest,
I will try my best,
I’m under pressure.

Beltane blessings

This is a mid point in Spring for inner reflection on all that has been achieved.
A time to count our blessings and be grateful.
A period to pause, reflect and celebrate.
Spring clean and cut off dead wood, (so to speak ) on all that no longer serves us.
Set new intentions for more self growth and self care.

Time outdoors is a great way for self care to observe our natural habitats, to allow ourselves time to think to be still.
It also can give you new purpose to set new goals for the summer.

Reiki is a great way to spring clean your mind body and soul !
