I hold a special passion for women’s hormonal health, guiding women through the changing landscapes of their lives with care, understanding, and the support of plant medicine. Each consultation, each remedy, each moment spent in nature reminds me that healing is not just about fixing what’s broken, but remembering our wholeness. My deepest joy is helping others rekindle their relationship with the natural world, and in doing so, rediscover the medicine that has always been within them.
