Client Spotlight: Fin’s Incredible Transformation 🌟

Over the past 6 months, Fin has been working online with me and has achieved amazing results, losing 17kg and 29 inches from his waist, hips, and thighs! 💪🔥

What’s even more inspiring is that Fin has now completed his training to become a Personal Trainer himself, ready to guide and motivate others on their own journeys just like he’s done.

Client Spotlight: Jess 🌟

This is my amazing client and dear friend Jess. Over the past 9 months, we’ve been on quite the journey, full of laughs, lifestyle tweaks, and the occasional glass of wine. 🍷

Together, we made sustainable changes that fit into her life, not take over it. Now, we’re off to Gran Canaria, feeling strong, confident, and 100% ready to take that beach by storm 🌴☀️

Massive shoutout to for keeping Jess fuelled with delicious, nutritious meals that made staying on track that much easier.
