Stop telling yourself youâre broken.
Youâre not.
Youâre avoiding the parts of you that are hurting.
The pain youâve pushed down.
The things you donât want to look at.
The stories you keep telling yourself to get through the day.
Thatâs not broken.
Thatâs unhealed.
And as hard as it is to hear,
nothing changes until you face it.
You can keep carrying it, or you can decide youâre ready to heal.
Because staying stuck is a choice too.
But when you are ready you donât have to do it on your own.
