Changes are happening here - we’re relocating to the West Coast of Scotland.
This means for now my classes will be online only - please don’t let this put you off. Being able to practise yoga in your own home doesn’t need you to have a big house or a spare room. What it can give you is the ability to find peace in the smallest of places and in areas you never imagined.
One of my students regularly tells me:- “the class puts back, what the day/ week has taken out” 🙏🏽☀️
I like to teach slow classes that give you time to begin to recognise how and what you’re feeling. Allowing yourself to slow down from the busy pace of normal everyday life. This often means you notice how fast your mind is moving which can be tricky. You may be surprised by how you can begin to rest and settle.
The next few weeks or months will be quite unsettling for me, no job, no in- studio classes & saying goodbye to my weekly students who have been an amazing sangha. I would greatly appreciate your support to grow our community and share yoga together. Community comes in many ways and many places.
Until March I will have 2 offerings online-
Monday 11-12 UK time
Adaptive seated yoga
A class tailored to people living with disabilities, injuries, chronic pain and illness - Donation Based
Monday 6:30-7:30pm
Evening yoga
A class to gently wind down from your day - Tiered pricing £6, £8 or £10
More classes to come in March/April
I would love to hear from you
