HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Thank you to all that have visited and supported me in the treatment room and at events during 2025. I am extremely grateful to all those that have helped support me and my little business, in so many different ways, through the ups and downs of the last year. I send my best wishes for 2026 to you all.

This December I will be attending events, starting this weekend:

Bodham and Beckham Mind, Body Spirit Fayre on Friday, 5th December between 6-9pm at Bodham Village Hall.

The Winter Feel Good MBS Fayre on Sunday, 7th December between 10am-3pm at Holt Community Center.

Christmas Fair on Saturday, 20th December between 10am-3pm at Cromer Parish Hall.

If you can make it please do come and say hello.

This Saturday I will be at the Cromer Parish Hall between 10am -3pm for Miss Kay's November Fundraiser.

The fundraiser includes local business stalls, fundraising games, refreshments, cakes, entertainment and live music.

I will be there offering a range of taster options including arm/hand or lower leg/foot massage taster treatment, or a 'create your own blend' taster session.

I look forward to seeing you at Cromer Parish Hall, NR27 9HH. The event will be helping to raise money for Miss Kay's Community Book Pledge Mission.

Continuing with my Autumn Events this week at the Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre at Bodham Village Hall on Friday between 6-9pm.

I will be there offering three taster session treatment options. The Arm/Hand or Lower Leg/Foot massage, and the 'Create your own Aromatherapy Blend' experience.

Please join us for the penultimate MBS Fayre at Bodham for this year at Bodham Village Hall, The Street, Bodham, NR25 6AD. An evening focussing on your mind, body and spirit. Browse and buy from local businesses and enjoy delicious refreshments

The event is arranged by Kerri Clarke and is supporting the fundraising of Bodham Playing Field Charity No 303911.

Autumn Events are continuing later this week...

Visit us if you dare at Cromer Parish Hall on Saturday, 25th October between 10am - 3pm for the 'Spooky Craft Fayre'.

Filled with lots of spookiness and including craft stalls, face painter, kids area and cafe on-site.

I will be there offering a range of taster options including a arm/hand or leg/foot massage treatment or 'create your own aromatherapy blend' session.

I look forward to seeing you at Cromer Parish Hall, NR27 9HH. We will be helping the event raise money for Sidestrand Hall School.

My Autumn Events at Bodham Village Hall - Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre's start this evening from 6-9pm.

There will be three taster treatment options for tonight. The Arm/Hand or Lower Leg/Foot massage will be available as usual. I will also be offering the 'Create your own Aromatherapy blend' taster session here for the first time.

If you can't make it tonight, please feel free to come along to the next Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre at Bodham Village Hall, The Street, Bodham, NR25 6AD on Friday, 7th November or Friday, 5th December at 6-9pm

A very big thank you to all that have visited me in Cromer for a treatment over the last year.
Treatments continue to be available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday. Now booking into week commencing Wednesday, 15th October. Please contact me to book or ask any questions you may have.
I will also be delivering mini taster treatments at the events I am attending across North Norfolk, more information coming soon.
