We the family of the late Margaret Agnew R.I.P. (Dundalk & Silverbridge), wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our family, friends and neighbours for the love and support shown to us at this most sad and difficult time.
Thanks to all those who sympathised, called to the house with mass offerings, sympathy cards, telephoned, sent messages, posted condolences online, attended Margaretβs removal, wake and funeral and who assisted in any way, this was greatly appreciated.
A special word of thanks to all those who cared for Margaret .
To NHS Acute Care at Home Team, McConville's Pharmacy, Crossmaglen Community District Nursing Team, Marie Curie Nurses and Mullaghbawn Surgery GPs.
Thank you to all who treated Margaret with dignity, expertise, and compassion.
Appreciation to Rev. Fr Emyln McGinn who so generously gave his time, visiting Margaret, providing invaluable support and comfort to her and to us all during this time, as well as his celebration of a meaningful and beautiful funeral mass and homily.
Thanks to Siobhan for the flowers, to Dearbhla McCoy for the music and mass booklets and to all those who participated with readings, prayers, and gifts and to Patrick Agnew, for delivering such a heartfelt and loving eulogy.
Sincere thanks to Brendan Garvey for his attention to detail, kindness and consideration, and to all his staff from Mc Conville Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgment will be accepted as an expression of our sincere gratitude by everyone who helped our family in any way.
Margaretβs Monthβs Mind Mass will be celebrated
on Saturday 16th May 2026 in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Aughanduff, followed by tea and refreshments in Swanky Coffee.
