🦶🦶Diabetic Foot Checks🦶🦶
If you are Diabetic you should be having your feet checked yearly. If you think you are due for your foot check then please book an appointment online or call the surgery.
Checking your feet is an important way to reduce the chances of developing a serious foot problem. It’s important that those of us with diabetes regularly check our feet as nerve damage and reduced circulation, caused by diabetes, can mean having reduced awareness of pain (neuropathy) and slower healing.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS 😢
In November 131 patients did not attend their appointments that's approximately 22 hours of a Clinicians time. Please cancel any appointments you do not need, either through the app or even using our check and cancel option on our telephone line 🌈

📢The Breast Screening Mobile Unit will shortly be moving to a new site at Chorley - Premier Inn Car Park, Moss Lane Farm, Moss Lane, Chorley, PR6 8AB

📅Eligible ladies will be invited to attend between 05/01/2026 to 31/08/2026 - (By appointment only)

📩Please look out for your invite letter and appointment details arriving soon.

👩 On a 3-yearly rolling programme, ladies between the ages of 49 years and 8 months to 71 years will be invited for breast screening.
