Beacon Lifesaving Club

Beacon Lifesaving Club Beacon Lifesaving Club is a fun & friendly club that offers all ages the chance to learn first aid skills both in water on land. Come and give it a go!!

We work from the Rookie lifeguard scheme which is explained in more detail on the RLSS website and on 'awards'. From there, swimmers can lead on to more competitive lifesaving with the chance to complete their Bronze Medallion and enter county competitions. There is a chance to train with us over 3 evenings a week with all of our teachers having the necessary qualifications to take you through the awards. This will be a great opportunity for swimmers to learn life skills on how to save other peoples lives and more importantly if needed, how to save their own. As the team makes their way home, they can hold their heads high with so many PBs and some seriously great racing across the weekend πŸ‘
