Shamanic Journey Circles -

Shamanism is the ancient art of direct revelation—a bridge between worlds using the rhythmic beat of the drum to enter an altered state of consciousness. In this "hidden reality," we commune with compassionate spirits and power animals to retrieve healing, wisdom, and lost fragments of the soul. It is not a religion, but a practical path of sovereignty.

The Opening Ceremony -

At the beginning of each session, we have an opening ceremony where we create a sacred container. This is a safe, intentional space designed to assist and support us throughout our time together.

What I offer:

I facilitate group sessions by creating and holding this energetic space. Whether I set up a space and invite people into it, or a group invites me into theirs, my role is to act as a facilitator to show you how to journey and discover for yourself.

The Focus: The Sacred Container: A safe energetic space for exploration and self-discovery of the incredible magic that is you.

I show you how to access your own insights and guides.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Tracey 💕

the seen - come as you are.

There is a person who lives in the "extra mile."

You are the one who anticipates the needs of others before they are spoken. You carry the unpaid, unasked-for weight of the world, moving quietly through a mountain of tasks that no one else sees. You are the pillar, the fixer, the one who goes on when others stop.

But underneath the doing, there is a yearning.

A quiet, persistent wish for the roles to fall away, just for an hour.

For someone to look past the "helper" and see the person who is tired. The person who needs nourishing, comfort, and the simple, uncomplicated gaze of kindness.

When the quiet finally hits, the body settles and the mind floats.

You do not need to earn this interval. You do not need to justify your rest with more work. You are allowed to be the one who is held.

The space I create, is a space is ready for you. No lists. No expectations. No roles to play. Just a return to the center, where you can finally be seen, not for what you do—but for who you are.

Reflexology: the grounding - experience the body switch off, go quiet and the feelings of touch wave through you 🌀

The feet are the foundation of our physical presence, yet they are often the furthest thing from our awareness as we navigate the stories of the mind.

Reflexology is not a "fix" for a busy life; it is a physiological signal of safety. By engaging the nervous system through the feet, we interrupt the constant feedback loop of the narrative self.

When the quiet hits, the body settles and the mind floats.

As the physical body recognizes it is safe to ground, the internal chatter loses its grip. You are no longer navigating the "overthinking"—you are simply observing the release of it.

This is the transition from the noise of the world back to the stillness of the center.

A return to the foundation

the quiet within - Reiki treatment

The mind is a constant current—a stream of thoughts, plans, and narratives. For most of us, this noise never fully stills.

Reiki is not about adding to that narrative. It's about gently guiding you towards the space where it quiets.

When the quiet finally hits, the body settles and the mind floats. Yes floats! It's a boundary, a wall, a door........It is the moment the weight of the "self" evaporates, leaving only the awareness behind.

It is an invitation to step out of the mental “doing” and into the subtle art of simply receiving. To let the body’s own knowing gently surface.

A Reiki session is a designated interval—a time to observe the space between the thoughts,

the breath between the moments. An opportunity to return to the quiet, unfiltered you.

No beliefs are required. No expectations are necessary. Just a willingness to settle into presence.

the interval - a quiet offering

The role of "Mother" is a narrative—a constant stream of doing, managing, and remembering.

Underneath that narrative is the person. The one who exists before the lists begin and after the house goes quiet.

This Mother’s Day, we are moving away from the "story". We aren't offering a gift to a title; we are offering a space for the self.

A gift voucher from me is an invitation to step out of the noise and back into you. The you before all the stuff got attached.

No performance is required.

No gratitude is expected.

It is simply a designated interval of presence—a transition from doing back into being.

Why is it important to relax?

Because relaxation is the opposite of tension. And that is what we are building in our bodies during our busy stressful days. And if this tension becomes chronic, it starts to have an impact on both our mental and physical health.

Stress is an essential part of living, but so is enjoying our lives, being loving and kind to ourselves, laughing, getting mad, having strong healthy relationships, arguing, doing fun things.

Life is all about balancing everything we need to do, and need for ourselves. Remember we only get one glorious life. Make time for you, whatever that means to you 💖

Looking forward to seeing you

The Language of the Body: A Journey Through Reflexology

Whether you are deeply in tune with your body’s rhythms or feel completely disconnected from them, there is a seat for you here.

For the One Who Loves to Feel -

You understand that touch is a bridge. You crave the deep connection found in the subtle hum of energy and the release of a perfect pressure point. For you, reflexology is a homecoming—a chance to sink into the rich, tactile sensations of the present moment and listen to the stories your body wants to tell.

For the One Who Has Forgotten How to Feel -

Perhaps you live mostly in your head. Maybe "feeling into sensations" feels foreign, or even a little daunting.

Reflexology is your gentle re-introduction to you - It is a safe space to move out of the noise of the mind and back into the quiet wisdom of the body. You don't need to "know" how to feel; you only need to show up. We will find the connection together, one step at a time.

Where Energy Meets Presence -

From the soles of your feet to the heights of your Higher Self, we translate tension into peace and apprehension into insight. Discover what happens when you finally stop to listen.

Book your presence treatment with me. I'm here when you are ready.

Lingering thoughts are not a pest to be swiped away, but a lesson seeking to be learned and a wound ready to be healed.

A persistent thought is rarely a malfunction of the mind; it is an invitation to an unresolved lesson.

When we treat recurring thoughts as mental clutter to be discarded, we silence the very signals meant to guide our growth. True internal healing begins the moment we stop swiping these thoughts away and instead recognize them as "keys"—persistent, precise indicators of an emotional door that is ready to be unlocked.

To transform a "pest" into a "teacher," we must shift our primary response from resistance to inquiry. By asking what a thought is attempting to protect or reveal, we move from being a passive victim of our ruminations

to an active participant in our own psychological evolution.

“Stress” it’s such an easy word to say, it’s not even an unpleasant word to physically say as it just rolls off the tongue quite easily. Stress has such negative connotations but stress is the bodies response to change and can be positive depending on the situation. Positive stressors include buying a house, weddings, pregnancy, holidays and watching your football team play well. Indicators of positive stress include feeling excited, being more productive and motivated.

It is when stress turns into distress that it can start to have a negative impact on our body and mind. Examples of negative stress includes injury/illness, bereavement, divorce and challenging work life. Indicators of negative stressors include difficulty concentrating, anxiety, poor sleep, problems eating (too much or too little), ongoing headaches, muscle aches, spasms or back ache. The list is endless.

Reflexology is deeply relaxing holistic therapy which works on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and part of the body. By systematically stimulating these reflex areas, Reflexology can help reduce stress and tension, improve circulation and unblock nerve impulses.

Reflexology can be used to clear your mind, feel more peaceful and relaxed; aid the restoration and maintenance of the body’s natural equilibrium which in turn encourages natural feelings of wellbeing.
