One day at a time, one step at a time and one task at at a time, can be some of the best advice.
Don’t feel rushed or pressured by deadlines.
There is no right or wrong. It all comes together eventually. Have patience, and stay calm. Together we’ll get through this tough time ❤️

With Christmas only a few weeks away, I’ve decided that this year, rather than sending cards and gifts to family, friends and colleagues, I will instead be donating to this amazing charity. 💖
1 in 5 of us, as children or adults, live our lives with an alcoholic or addiction dependent parent, and the daily pain of that is intense. 😥
If you’ve been lucky enough to not have experienced a loved one with an addiction, then you are very fortunate.
Every penny helps these kind of charities, and the money supports so many families in desperate need of help, so if you are happy to go without the bottle of wine, box of chocolates, tin of biscuits or a new gadget, then I hope you’ll be supportive of my personal choice this Christmas.
