As a Counsellor and ThetaHealer® I want to bring understanding and peace to all. Together anything is possible, from changing limiting beliefs and breaking patterns to building confidence and self-awareness. I strongly believe that everyone deserves to be happy and fulfilled and my mission in life is to help as many people as possible to achieve this. Through my work with both children and adults I have been humbled by their honesty and bravery and have witnessed the changes that have occurred, which continues to inspire me. I believe that we can all learn to love ourselves and life with a little help, and I work with clients to realise how magnificent they are and how they can become the best version of themselves.
