My client John is well aware that being in his 70's he needs to stay active to maintain his still busy lifestyle, travelling goals and general health.

We have all heard it before if you don't use it you'll lose it or even worse create permanent damage or injuries from being too sedentary. We have made sure that he has daily / weekly protocols in place to maintain his strength, cardio, mobility, balance and coordination.

The more you move to more you live no matter what age you are.
