Should you stop exercising coming up to Christmas or say I'll pick it up again in the New year??
Once festive season parties and celebrations begin it is all too easy to swap 30 minutes of exercise for any ole excuse.
While letting your hair down for a couple of days will not do your health or fitness any harm (within reason!)
BUT the more time you spend out of your regular habit the harder it will be to restart your regular regime
A regular exercise regime is essential for a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Physical activity helps maintain a healthy weight range, improves body strength and fitness, and has positive psychological effects. People who exercise regularly generally live happier lives and are less stressed than those who do not.
All our sessions are recorded and ready for you to complete when it suits be that in your house, work, school, university, gym etc. All you need is a good connection to Wi-Fi or 3/4g
We have technique sessions, hiit sessions and challenges to keep you ticking over during the festivities.
£20 a month and you can complete as many sessions as you like

Another month of firsts, consistency, people finding darker evenings tough, touching base and using the group to share ideas.
Here are some numbers from the online kettlebell/fitness group
11 people avg 2/3 sessions a week
6 avg 1/2 sessions a week

9 people complete classes in their own home
4 people complete classes on a phone or tablet at the gym
4 people complete classes at lunchtime at work

Step counts
8 hitting the 7k to 10k daily targets
5 hitting 5k to 7k daily
4 hitting targets some days and others missing but fitting their steps in when and where possible (just need to be selfish and ensure their 'me' time is taken)

As the dark nights come in the meals and snacks are looking great. Some great shares in Instagram and whatsapp

Protein levels are being hit and calorie numbers are looking healthy.

Those on a weight loss drive are losing 1 to 2 lb a week (SUPERB)

Others maintaining weight and a few on group are giving more of their focus on clearing the mind, De stress and feel good benefits of the classes and exercise.
