Being a massage therapist makes me exceedingly hungry & I think about food most of the time! ๐คค
When Iโm not at work I spend a lot of time cooking, eating and planning meals for my growing family.
I try to use as much fresh ingredients as possible and cook most days, prioritising fibre,
protein and making sure weโre all eating enough healthy veg, seeds and grains.
I even make my own cat food ๐ป๐พ
