😵💫 Today i've stopped to start creating a new routine with a new time table and realised how much I actually do in a week as a solo parent
As someone who is AuDHD, having a flexible routine is so important, especially as part of self care and is something that has gone out for a while and needs to be brought back in
You'll notice I'm using different colour pens for each day's of the week and this is because it helps box things off for my AuDHD + dyslexic brain to work with pattern recognition
Time management is so valuable and creating a new time table visually helps to see things as they are and what needs to change
If you're a parent who is AuDHD or neurodevergent and want to learn how to manage your time more wisley, this is something I can help you with as a coach
Want to know if working with me as a coach in a 1:1 coaching session, then why not book yourself in for a free discovery chat as a first step on the link
