😵‍💫 Today i've stopped to start creating a new routine with a new time table and realised how much I actually do in a week as a solo parent

As someone who is AuDHD, having a flexible routine is so important, especially as part of self care and is something that has gone out for a while and needs to be brought back in

You'll notice I'm using different colour pens for each day's of the week and this is because it helps box things off for my AuDHD + dyslexic brain to work with pattern recognition

Time management is so valuable and creating a new time table visually helps to see things as they are and what needs to change

😄 Transition can be an uncomfortable stage BUT it holds space for the times of most growth with in your life

When you become consciously aware of the Limiting beliefs, parts of you that conflict and or things that are surfacing to be let go of... you can decide to make a positive change and open doors to see opportunities

AuDHD can hold many different parts and NLP parts is one way to bring what you value together and integrate to work together as a whole instead of separate parts

🙈 Today is about "decluttering" my filing cabinets because as someone who is AuDHD I have loads of notebooks filled with info I've learned through training, life experience and my brain that is hyperlexic which means connecting patterns so things get jotted down in different note pads and pieces of paper as they come in

I know as someone who is AuDHD that I thrive on learning new things which can act as a motivation when it is something I'm passionate about to do the things I don't love so much

Some call this 'habit stacking'

The Autism part of me likes routine and safety where as the ADHD part of me like novelty and creativity and when balanced Autism and ADHD work together

When unbalanced, they can work against each other

This is why it is so important to get to know yourself more and more to be able to work WITH your brain and nervous system and why self improvement can play an important part in our lives

Sometimes it's good to stop, pause and reflect to visually see how far you have come
