ESSENTIAL OILS FOR SLEEP 😴
Lots of essential oils can help improve our sleep, by calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety
Lavender, frankincense, chamomile and sweet marjoram are some of my favourites for helping me drift off
An evening massage using my ultra relaxing blend of lavender, chamomile and sweet marjoram could help you unwind and calm your mind ready for a peaceful night’s sleep
If you have an electric diffuser, try popping in a few drops of frankincense (as per your diffuser instructions) before bedtime
