Hi everyone,
Just a little reminder that our Summer Fayre is happening next Saturday, and we’d love to see you there! We’ve got a fantastic day planned, full of entertainment, surprises, and fun for all ages.

To help make the event even more special, we’re still looking for prize donations for our Tombola. If you’re able to contribute anything at all, big or small, we’d be so grateful. Every donation makes a difference and helps support our wonderful community.

Today, our residents had the pleasure of attending another wonderful outing to the ever-popular Sunshine Group at Fife: Forthview Parish Church - Dalgety , a much-loved highlight of the week.
It was a joyful afternoon filled with laughter, music, and familiar faces, as we reunited with old friends and shared in the uplifting atmosphere that the Sunshine Group is known for.

There was plenty of dancing, cheerful singing, and lots of happy conversations — a real boost to everyone's spirits. These gatherings are not only great fun, but also a fantastic opportunity for social connection, which is so important for our residents' well-being.

As always, our residents returned home with smiles on their faces and stories to tell — it’s safe to say, a lovely time was had by all!

This morning we enjoyed a calm and peaceful start to the day with one of our favourite pastimes — watching a nature documentary narrated by the beloved Sir David Attenborough.
His soothing voice and captivating storytelling transported us to some of the most breathtaking corners of the natural world, sparking conversation, curiosity, and plenty of smiles among our residents.

It was a wonderful opportunity to relax together, share memories of past travels and experiences with nature, and simply enjoy each other’s company in a comforting, homely environment.
We always look forward to these special moments, and today was no exception,

a truly enjoyable morning for all.

Our High Tea Afternoon was a wonderful success, bringing together friends, family, and members of the local community.
It was a heartwarming afternoon filled with conversation, reconnection, and plenty of laughter. A very special thank you to our talented chef, Simon J Riggs for preparing such a beautiful spread of cakes and treats – they were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming members of Fife: Forthview Parish Church - Dalgety to our home for a special in-house church service.
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the heartfelt hymns, thoughtful prayers, and the warm company of our visitors. It was a lovely opportunity for connection and reflection.
After the service, everyone came together to share a delightful high tea, filled with conversation, laughter, and a true sense of community.
