This afternoon we held our fortnightly Man Club in the Champagne Bar — and what a great afternoon it turned out to be.
Good company, plenty of laughs, a few competitive games of dominoes, and yes… a beer or two may have been enjoyed along the way 🍺. It’s always a brilliant chance to catch up, unwind, and enjoy some easygoing conversation in a relaxed setting.
Same time again in two weeks — new faces always welcome!

Today is the day that our residents go to their favourite place, the Sunshine Group☀️
The room as always was full of laughter, singing and plenty dancing. 😄

✨ A lovely pamper & pudding kind of day! ✨

This morning our ladies enjoyed a relaxing nail session, choosing their favourite colours, having a good chat and of course listening to some good music while being pampered 💅🏼💖

This afternoon the aprons went on as we headed to the cafe for some baking fun! Lots of laughter, a little bit of flour everywhere, and some delicious cakes in the oven 👩🏻‍🍳🧁

Today we officially completed our static cycling challenge from Culross to St Andrews via the Fife Coastal Path — what an achievement! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️
A huge well done to our amazing residents who crossed the finish line with determination, resilience, and plenty of smiles along the way. We are so proud of everyone who took part and helped make this project such a success 💙
This has been a fantastic journey, and while we’re already excited about our next challenge… for now, it’s time to celebrate! 🐟🍟
Next week we’re heading to Anstruther for some famous fish and chips — and no doubt a few daring encounters with seagulls! 😂

This afternoon our residents got hands-on in the kitchen, and what better dish to make than pizza! Everyone had the chance to decorate their own pizza in unique ways, adding toppings with plenty of creativity and personal flair.
It was a wonderfully messy, laughter-filled afternoon, with lots of smiles and a delicious reward at the end. A perfect mix of fun, creativity, and teamwork! 💛

We had a wonderful visit today from Therapet Harry and his lovely owner Sheila who generously gave their time to come and see us. Harry was an absolute star and a big hit with residents and staff alike 🐾 Even Brodie our Westie gave them the seal of approval — which definitely means more visits are needed!

We’ve had such a lovely weekend filled with smiles and togetherness 💙
From spending time doing jigsaws and enjoying a cosy afternoon watching Mary Poppins, to coming together for our church service this morning ⛪️
We then rounded it off this afternoon with Sister Act.. bringing laughter, music and plenty of happy faces 🎶💙
A joyful weekend enjoyed by all 💙
