I Can’t Do Yoga I am not Flexible Enough πŸ˜©πŸ™„

That’s why you need to go! 😁Think about it, if you are stiff/achey/in pain, then releasing the tension and stretching muscles will loosen you up! You then can move better! You can then do Life better!

I thought Teach Yoga! πŸ™ŒπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ the benefits are so important in this day and age and also because it helped me so much in terms of my own mental health recovery! What I didn’t realise was I would have to be all over Social Media to spread the word 😩🀣🀣
So I have a tiny ask! πŸ™ I would like to get to 500 FB followers! Can you help?

Hi! I am Caroline from BalanceandBreath Yoga! As a teacher I still practice yoga with other teachers and love a day retreat! I teach because I have first hand experience of Chronic Stress, CPTSD and MH recovery, not gonna say Yoga was the be all and end all but it massively helped and helps! πŸ™
If you feel stressed my question is what do you do to help yourself manage it? Sorry to say this but it’s about ongoing management not a one fix all solution. Make time for yourself before your body stops you πŸ’•

A yoga holiday gives you an opportunity to try lots of different yoga postures and styles! Building up through the week we did shoulder stand and for those who didn’t want to try it they did legs up the wall!
