Out of Office ON! 🙌🙌🙌🙏

That’s wrap for Yoga Classes for a whole 7 weeks! 😃
Am learning the art of saying No and although controversial for some, this year I have decided to break from all classes until September!
Why? Class numbers fall from May due to holidays, child care, nice weather.. Hiring halls is expensive and rising and really difficult for small businesses to find! The halls can hire for kids events in the Summer this way. I can do my CPD, my accounts and admin, I used to be so good at it but now I procrastinate admin.. 🙄🤣

That’s me, what about my lovely clients! I think a break is good! You can tell the difference in your body from not doing a yoga session! Hopefully it inspires your return! 🙏 you can try different things and enjoy a break yourself!

After all, in person yoga classes for me are about Community too, I know my Friday class clients will meet for a coffee or a wine or too! So enjoy your break too and Thankyou always for your support! 💕🙏

Twice daily! Here in Dalyan Turkey the sun is shining, the seas are cool, the food fresh and nourishing!
What is difficult to capture is just how well all of our group have bonded with kindness, respect and good old laughter! 💕🙏
That in itself is a medicine! 💕🙏
