Ooofff the energy is building for Sacred Roots 🔥🔥🔥

From deep within the heart of the Amazonian rainforest, the beautiful Yawanawá tribe are now travelling for five days across rivers, forest, sky and land to join us at Sacred Roots.

How freaking blessed are we 🙏🪶

And in deep gratitude for Beata for without her dedication and love for this work it would not be possible 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Leaving their home deep in the jungle, they bring with them the wisdom of the forest, the songs of their ancestors, the joy of community, and the medicine of the heart.

To experience the Yawanawá is pure magic, something your heart will always remember.

There are some souls you meet whose journey you don’t just witness… you feel.

Blousy Haorang is one of those special souls.

Ive had the absolute honour of following her path over the years, watching her deepen into her truth, soften into her own expression, and rise in confidence, in a way that is both powerful and beautifully human. There’s something so real about the way she shares… no masks, no performance, just pure presence and expression of heart felt, lived experience.

It feels truly special to welcome her back to Sacred Roots for a second year 🙌

Around the fireside, Blousy will be sharing her incredible songs, they are the kind that invite you to pause, feel, and remember something ancient within yourself. Her music carries story, heart, and a quiet kind of strength.

She will also be offering a “Find Your Voice” workshop, this is a gentle and empowering space for those who feel the call to open, express, and reconnect with their authentic sound.

This isn’t about singing perfectly…
It’s about allowing yourself to be heard, by yourself first and foremost!

Across the weekend we’ll share:
sound journeys, cacao, breathwork
embodied movement, yoga & tribal flow
LOTS of amazing live music, kirtan, dancing, drumming, voice, laughter & storytelling.

A safe space for children, along with some amazing heart led workshops and artisan stalls.

And there will be so much JOY 🙌

It’s simple… but it’s meaningful.

Also, If you’re feeling called but wondering about coming alone… you are really not alone here, many feel this, so trust that you will find your people, you really will. Many deep friendships were made last year!

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or “off”… this is your space to come back into balance.

Join me for two immersive sound journeys designed to help you switch off, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll be guided into deep rest while I work with gongs, voice, and subtle frequencies to support your body and energy field.

No experience needed.
Just lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

People often leave feeling:

Sacred Roots has been created and woven into life by me through devotion, vision, and a deep listening to what wants to be birthed through the land, the people, and the field itself.

Rather than simply organising an ‘event’, I like to work more as a sacred witness to the unfolding.. allowing the weekend to take shape in alignment, while holding a strong, grounded space for all who arrive and hear the call.

Throughout the weekend, I will be offering some of my deep sound immersions, working with frequencies that support clearing, recalibration, and a return to inner stillness. My work with sound is intuitive and powerful, drawing on many years of connection with the gongs and the subtle realms of vibration and frequency.

One of these journeys will include Sananga, offered in a respectful and intentional way and for those who feel called, supporting clarity of vision, presence, and deeper inner seeing.

Alongside my sessions, I will be the quiet anchor of the weekend, tending the space, the flow, and the field, ensuring that Sacred Roots stays true to its essence of connection, simplicity, authenticity and heart.

This is not just something I host, it is something I live, breathe, and hold with deep care and love, and I welcome you all exactly as you are and where you are at this moment in time 🙏
