Welcoming back again to Sacred Roots the joyful soul who is Ellen Bee Yoga with Ellen

She is such an experienced yoga teacher who has been devoted to her practice for over 20 years. Throughout this time, yoga has been her anchor, guiding her physically, energetically, and spiritually through all aspects of life.

She believes that yoga is for everyone, and that there is a practice to meet each person exactly where they are.

At Sacred Roots, Ellen will offer a seasonal, nature-inspired Summer Yoga Flow. A gentle yet energising practice to ignite your inner sun, working with the yin and yang meridian lines of summer.

This is an invitation to reconnect with the rhythms of the earth and the natural flow within the body.

The session will close with a Radiant Light Meditation, leaving you feeling open, safe, balanced, and truly connected.

Welcoming another beautiful soul back for another year to Sacred Roots. Tara has spent over a decade guiding others through gentle yoga and somatic practices that support a return to ease, balance, natural alignment and embodiment.

Her work is rooted in awareness, sensation, and intuitive movement. inviting the body to release held patterns and come back into a state of rest and reset.

Welcoming Daniel back to Sacred Roots 🪶, the founder of the amazing Whitby Wellbeing.

Spending most of his time facilitating
breathwork alongside wood-fired sauna, cold water and simple land-based practice on the North Yorkshire coast woods and meadows.
Working with breath, heat, cold and the outside spaces.

His approach is so practical and down to earth with humour and honesty. His sessions are calm, grounded and responsive to the group, with an emphasis on safety, gentleness, self-awareness and a bit of fun too.

Daniel’s work is about using the elements as a way to reconnect with ourselves, each other and the places we’re in. He will be hosting his wild saunas and holding a breath work session to remember!

Honoured to have this wonderful, authentic man here with us again, bringing his beautiful horse box sauna ( bring your cozies and towels) and offering another epic breathwork session. Anyone who knows him, knows he has such a huge heart and is deeply connected and honours this earth 🌏

He is a Live Looping Multi-instrumentalist. Weaving the instruments of Handpan, Didgeridoo, Percussion and conscious lyrics, Arachai takes you on a journey of the inner and outer dimensions. Drawing inspiration from his Thai, Celtic and African roots.

Introducing AlexB - Lumina Mara

Over the years, I have worked respectfully within carefully held ceremonial spaces, always honouring integrity, responsibility, and safety. I also carry ancestral roots from the Amazon through my grandmother’s lineage, a heritage that has quietly shaped my connection to earth-based healing and my path of remembrance.

Together with Jill, I co-create sacred spaces that weave acupuncture and sound in supportive ceremonial settings, bringing conscious attention to embodied integration and nervous system care.

Healing is NOT something given from outside, it is awakened from within.

My role is to hold the field with integrity and care, so each person can step into their own clarity, balance, and power.

At Sacred Roots, I will be also be offering acupuncture and private integrative sessions to support embodied healing and nervous system regulation.

So very excited to be welcoming back Antarma again 🙌

He will be bringing you all a journey of high energy drumming, celebration, poetry raps and joyful collaboration as well as the deep mantra and relaxing vibrations.

As always it will be a life affirming, purifying and nourishing experience.

The Inner Cosmos – A Deeper Dive Into Sound

An Extended 2-Hour Embodiment & Immersion of Sound

The Inner Cosmos is an extended sound immersion created for those who feel called to journey deeper.

This 2-hour session offers more space, more stillness, and a slower unfolding than the regular Cosmic Sound Immersion. With time softened and the pace gently stretched, the nervous system is able to settle more fully, allowing the body and mind to release in a natural and unforced way.

Using gongs and harmonic instruments, the evening is designed to:

• Calm and regulate the nervous system
• Support emotional and energetic release
• Invite deep rest and spacious awareness
• Create a sense of inner expansion and quiet clarity

This session is especially ideal for those who attend sound regularly with me and feel ready to stay longer within the field — to go deeper into the layers that only time and spaciousness can reveal.

There is nothing to do, achieve, or figure out — simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you.

Held at Neasham Reading Rooms near Darlington

* A yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on)
* A warm blanket/s
* A pillow or cushion for head
* Anything else to aid your comfort to feel warm and supported ie bolster cushion, shawl/wrap for shoulders, eye pillow
