We are a family run local care provider and specialists in offering care-at-home services in the North East of England.
Care Matters was formed after owners Phil and (his wife) Nic, experienced first-hand how standards of care for loved ones differed dramatically from care provider to care provider. So the idea to start Care Matters was born from the passionate belief that we could do much, much better! Our wide range of care at home services are completely tailored to each individual and are fully flexible. The staff at Care Matters have many years of experience, care, and compassion within the Care sector, and strive to continue these high standards within the community.
We would expect your loved ones to be as well looked after and respected as much as we would expect our own loved ones to be treat, with kindness and dignity.
