We practiced in socks until the end and then did all in heels, easier and comfier for feet!

You are more than welcome to just wear socks the whole time.

Excited to announce we have a NEW addition to our Instructor Team in May. Introducing Lottie ()

Lottie has been teaching Aerial since 2020. She has performed in the circus, and was the winner of the UK Aerial Performance Instructor regional category for Aerial Hoop last year

Lottie is all about the journey - she wasn’t naturally flexible at all when she started, but years of training have got her enjoying dropping into the splits these days! She loves helping other people find strength and flexibility through Aerial. Lottie teaches hoop, trapeze, silks, sling, and aerial yoga, and loves helping others discover what their bodies are capable of (even when it feels impossible at first!)

Lottie will be teaching the following classes on a THURSDAY:

*****NEW Youth & Adult Aerial 5.00pm
*****Aerial Mixed Kit 6.00pm
*****NEW AERIAL YOGA 7.15pm - (book a package if coming to all 5 yoga sessions to save £15)
