WE'RE BACK!!!

We make our return on a more permanent basis tonight with our designated medic based inside Number Forty.

Unfortunately for the time being there will be no roaming patrols around the town so for anyone needing medical assistance will need to self-present to Number Forty.

Come see us at Number Forty from 2100 - 0200 for minor injuries, phone charging, meet up point for friends or just a chat.

We'd love to see you.

Some fantastic news to report this morning!

Darlington Borough Council have contacted us to ask that we continue providing a medical provision at Number Forty thanks to the trial data that was collected.

This means that our team will be back at Number Forty from tomorrow night and every Friday and Saturday night from 2100-0200 for the foreseeable future.

This approval ensures that those enjoying the NightTime Economy in Darlington can seek medical assistance reducing the impact upon our local NHS services County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and also ensures a safe space is available to all.

Our stickers have arrived for this year's Durham Easter Egg Run 😁😁

We are proud to be supporting this great event which sees hundreds of bikers in convoy leaving Tesco Extra, travelling to County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust Darlington Memorial Hospital site, drop off Easter eggs then head back up to the University Hospital of North Durham to do the same thing again. All at no cost to the organisers and our staff do this entirely for free.

This year also sees the return of the Durham Constabulary Durham Roads & Armed Policing Motorcycle section which will be a great sight to see.

If you wish to donate an Easter Egg you can leave it at our base in Durham, hand it to any of our staff on events across the North East or visit the Durham Easter Egg Run page for the full list of drop off locations.

Our staff are on the way for our last night at Number Forty as part of the safe space team.

It has truly been a pleasure working alongside Durham Constabulary, Darlington Police, 1 Military Police Brigade, Darlington Borough Council CCTV control and all the door supervisors around the town for the last month ensuring the safety of those enjoying the NightTime Economy.

If you see us out and about tonight say hello and grab a photo with us.

Need medical assistance? Come see us at Number Forty on Skinnergate or if you can't get there ask the door supervisors who can get in touch with us to come to you.

Phone dead? Come see us at Number Forty as we can assist in getting some charge into it so that you can contact family or friends.

Lost your friends? Use Number Forty as a predetermined meeting point.

We are here from 2100 till 0200 (don't forget the clocks change tonight and go forward).

This weekend is our last weekend here at Number Forty as part of the safe space team trial on behalf of Darlington Borough Council.

Like we have been since the end of February our team will be back at Number Forty from 2100 till 0200 working alongside the towns door supervisors, CCTV control room, Durham Constabulary, Darlington Police and 1 Military Police Brigade.

We hope as part of this trial we have helped reduce the impact upon our local NHS services at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust Darlington Memorial Hospital and also upon the requirements of North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust response to incidents within the towns night time economy.

We hope to be back after this trial supporting the council with this service as our staff have enjoyed themselves meeting all the door supervisors building working relationships with them all as well as interacting with all the public we have assisted.

As we've said before if you need us come see us at Number Forty on Skinnergate or ask any of the venues door supervisors to request us.

Darlington we are coming ... In a few hour time.

Our team will be back on site at Number Forty on Skinnergate from 2100 till 0200 working alongside the towns CCTV, Darlington Police, 1 Military Police Brigade and venue Door Supervisors to ensure a safe night out for all around the town.

Don't forget you can use Number Forty as a meet up point if you've lost friends, somewhere to receive medical assistance in the event of an injury/illness, a place to recharge your phone to ensure a safe journey home and a place to come and just have a talk.

Our medical team can be found within Number Forty, having a walk around the town or at the end of the towns Pub watch radio system which all venues have access to request us if needed.

We have one more weekend after this weekend on the current trial that Darlington Borough Council have set up and hope to improve and support the council with this service after the trial.

Yes our teams are heading to Number Forty ready for another night supporting the NightTime economy with medical cover on behalf of Darlington Borough Council.

Come have a chat with us either within Number Forty or whilst we are out on the streets as we are around from 2100 till 0200.

The St Patrick's celebrations have already started in some of the venues around the town.

Our team will be back on site at the Number Forty - Safe Space Medics tonight from 2100 until 0200 working alongside the door supervisors in town to ensure that any medical emergencies are dealt with smoothly.

Don't forget Number Forty can be used for meeting friends if lost, charging your phone to contact family/friends, safe space to talk if needed and as a facility to receive initial medical assistance.

Like every weekend you can find our staff walking around the town, inside Number Forty or at the end of the radio for any of the door supervisors within Darlington.

We are back tonight at Number Forty on Skinnergate on behalf of Darlington Borough Council ensuring the safety of those enjoying the NightTime Economy Darlington has to offer.

Our medical team can be found at Number Forty, walking the streets and also at the end of the pub watch radio system that is available to all the venues within the town.

Don't forget Number Forty isn't just there for medical reasons, it can help charge your phone to contact friends, be used as a meeting point if you are lost, a safe space to talk or as a point for general information.
