1 single 2nd class stamp sends a UK mental health pack for someone in need.

Our postage bill often tops £100 a week so every single stamp makes a difference to someone in need.

This kindness kit has been sent out to someone struggling after loosing their husband of 60 years.

It was paid for by our fundraising. That's events like the Online Market for Kindness Community facebook.com/groups/kindnesscommunitymarket plus sales at the Kindness and Wellbeing Group in Dartford.

You could make a real difference for a good cause & get a shout-out for your business. We run a monthly raffle at the Kindness and Wellbeing Group and a big draw for Easter, Summer and Christmas. Any prizes donated will be used to raise funds to help people struggling with their physical or mental health.

We'll share the donation news on our Facebook group to over 8000 people!
