Poetry Corner: Weathering Grief

This is a very personal poem about my own experience with grief. Today is the anniversary of the loss of my beloved sister. I've since experienced many more losses.

Many of our Kindness Kits are sent to people who have lost loved ones. I really hope this poem brings some comfort and hope to anyone else who is grieving.

This kindness kit has been sent out to someone with low self esteem due to bullying at school.

It was paid for by our fundraising. That's events like the Online Market for Kindness Community facebook.com/groups/kindnesscommunitymarket plus sales at the Kindness and Wellbeing Group in Dartford.

I film some of our videos in this space so it's another way to promote our sellers.

1 single 2nd class stamp sends a UK mental health pack for someone in need.

Our postage bill often tops £100 a week so every single stamp makes a difference to someone in need.
