Although not currently looking for new clients, I am vaccined up and in two weeks should be 90% protected against the Covid virus! Although not perfect, this will reduce the risk of myself catching it and lower the risk of it being transmitted to you and your family.

Today’s announcement from the Government is understandably distressing to some and particularly for those with, or caring for those with, additional needs. I want to assure you that I am still able to work and will be taking appropriate precautions and have full PPE.
For any new clients, introductions and meeting with myself are available over zoom or other video call facilities.
I currently still have availability for weekend work.

Hello, I'm Alice. I have been working with children for over five years and in social care for three, predominantly with young people with SEN and autism. I have a degree in Children, Young People and Families and am currently at Greenwich University studying for my masters. I have a full DBS and carers insurance, as well as being a qualified lifeguard. Previously, I have received trained in PEG feeding, giving medication, suctioning and epilepsy first aid. I am a driver and own my own car (clean licence, business driving insurance) allowing me to be fully flexible. I'm comfortable with pets and enjoy being busy outside, engaging in new activities. I understand that as the impact of Covid 19 increases, families will have concerns with having a new person in the home. This can be very challenging for anybody, especially for those with learning difficulties. I therefore have a range and supply of different PPE to ensure your families safety and to reduce distress as much as possible while I work with you.

What is a Support Worker?
A support worker also known as a Personal Assistant (PA) or carer, offers practical help and emotional support to families experiencing short or long-term difficulties. Support Workers work with parents and children in their homes and communities, to increase the skills, confidence and abilities of all family members to live their daily lives in a positive way.
