Did you know that Baby Massage is not only for use in the class you’ve booked…. But also for you to practice at home. Many use a soothing massage routine on their babies before bed every night to help them settle and relax!

You’ll know exactly what’s technique to use based on what’s needed that nigh…. It could be a face routine to help with teething, a stomach routine to help reduce trapped wind or colic, it could be a little arm massage to help sooth aching muscles if they’ve just started crawling! Or simply just a beautiful massage to relax and strengthen your bond ❤️

My passion for bringing mums together and finding you your village…. comes from personally knowing how much it can make a difference!
Having had my 2nd baby in lock down I was lucky enough to get to a few sessions of a baby class before we went fully in….where I met my village who quite frankly got me through it. Our babies are now 4/5 and our friendship hasn’t dwindled over the years. We’ve been through so much together, and I couldn’t imagine my life without them now ❤️
My baby massage classes are just 4 mums… friendly, relaxed, non intimidating….
I’m here to help you find your squad!!(Although they may not be as amazing as mine 😉🥰)
