A little look back at our practical training days earlier this month. Our learners are now on with their case studies and online tutorials.

Our next fully accredited Level 3 Diploma in Lymphatic Drainage - post surgical, lymphoedema and Lipoedema enrolment is now open. This is a blended course and online training can start straight away and the practical element is due to run in May.

Time to introduce myself, as we go live with the online part of the blended learning Level 3 Diploma in Lymphatic Drainage- post surgical, Lymphoedema and Lipoedema.

My name is Janine Wroe and I am the Director of JC Holistics and Founder of Lymphaeum Education. I’m an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, and Educator, with a specialist focus on Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), post-surgical care, lymphoedema and lipoedema support.

Alongside my clinical work, I’m an experienced trainer and course developer, delivering accredited Level 3 and CPD training to massage and complementary therapists across the UK. I design and teach in-depth programmes that combine clear, accessible theory with strong practical foundations, ensuring learners not only understand how to perform techniques, but why they are used and when they are clinically appropriate. My teaching approach is informed by established principles, current best practice, and extensive hands-on experience working with complex client presentations.

Lymphaeum Education was created as the education arm of JC Holistics to provide high-quality, supportive training complementary and massage therapies. Our diploma programmes are designed to build confidence, clinical reasoning, and professional standards, preparing therapists to work safely and effectively complex clients and those living with chronic conditions.

I’m passionate about education that feels nurturing yet robust — where learners feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
Our next practical training is 9th to 11th February 2026, with some space remaining if you are looking to elevate your skills and add MLD to your practice.

Happy New Year to all my wonderful clients🥂

Can’t wait for what 2026 holds for both JC Holistics and our training arm Lymphaeum Education. Our first course starts 9th February and there are still a few places available for level 3 qualified therapists who want to learn how to specialise in post operative Lymphatic drainage along with help support clients with lymphodema and/ or Lipoedema.

Janine is back in clinic on Tuesday 6th January and has one appointment available on Wednesday 7th at 3pm. More availability wc 12th Jan.

A little update to show you our new home. Lymphaeum Education is the training arm of JC Holistics based in Darwen, Lancashire. On the first floor we have our clinic rooms and on the ground floor is our lovely airy training room. Our courses are kept quite small, with a maximum of 8 trainees, keeping the support from your tutor personal

This course is fully insurable to work with post surgical, lymphoedema and lipoedema clients. It is a blended learning course with online modules and 3 days in person training in Darwen, Lancashire. That is followed by 6-8 weeks of online zooms whilst you complete case studies.

This has been a passion of mine, a lipoedema warrior myself. I’ve worked with post surgical clients for nearly 9 years and I’ve poured all my knowledge and understanding into the course so that therapist feel confident in treating these pathologies and conditions.

The first course is due to run on 9th Feb 2026 but you will be able to start the online section from December 2025.
