This is great advice for those of you who struggle with some of your exercises due to stiff and painful wrists during yoga, pilates or other floor based exercises. Chelsea posts useful tips on how to adapt her exercises depending on your energy levels on the day. I use her videos to get a quick 15-30 minutes of mindful movement into my daily schedule in addition to a weekly 1-2-1 session and join her monday livestream classes.
